I’ve been a private investigator now for 26 years. Prior to this, I worked with US Military intelligence, HUMINT, primarily as an interrogator for the US Army. During my 26 years in the private sector, I’ve conducted work throughout Latin America and continue to do so in support of large corporations and families. That’s the very short version of my references.
I am not an expert on this virus by any means and there are very few in the world who really are. What I AM good at however is reporting on investigated facts relating to just about any topic. Because of this and because of my reputation in Panama, I was recently asked to be chairman of 6 committees related to prevention against the CoronaVirus.
With the amount of confusion that I’ve seen in the world and definitely in Panama in reference to the CoronaVirus and the COVID19 disease, I can only imagine the confusion and doubt that many of my fellow expats may be feeling right now. So, I’ve decided to take the time to report to our English-speaking community on the FACTS that have come about in relation to decisions made by the Panamanian Government as well as any other decisions made that affect us in Panama as residents of this beautiful country. During the series of documents, I’m hoping to create, you’ll also probably see a few of my opinions as well. If it’s just my opinion, I’ll be sure to clarify the difference between the facts I report and my humble opinion.
